Our Programmes

GAIHMCT delivers hospitality education across three complementary programmes — its flagship Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, the CTH (UK) suite of Ofqual-regulated international certifications, and the specialist Bartending Academy Goa.

Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology

Duration: 3 years. Approved by AICTE, affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Govt of Goa. Covers food production, food & beverage service, front office and housekeeping across three years of theory and lab-based training.

CTH (UK) International Certifications

UK-awarded, Ofqual-regulated qualifications delivered under our CTH Approved Teaching Centre (#2541) — including the Level 2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality Services, the Award in Food & Beverage and Bar Service, and the Certificate in Professional Bartending Skills.

Bartending Academy Goa

A 3-month Certificate in Professional Bartending delivered by our flagship bartending school in Curchorem, South Goa — mixology, flair, cocktail service and bar operations, taught hands-on in a live bar lab.
