Each programme is awarded by CTH (UK), regulated by Ofqual, and delivered by Guardian Angel IHMCT in Curchorem, Goa — with additional intakes at our Guardian Angel Extension Centre, Margao.
Level 2 Diploma · 99 Credits
A hands-on diploma into the global cruise industry — cruise operations, F&B, culinary theory, cruise housekeeping, a second language, plus a 4-month industry placement.
Level 2 Certificate
A specialist credential covering cocktail preparation, mixology, customer service, bar operations and responsible service. Pairs naturally with our flagship Bartending Academy Goa.
Level 2 Award
A hands-on award for those starting a career in food & beverage service — customer service skills, restaurant & bar service, and beverage knowledge.

Most programmes are open-access. Minimum age 16 is recommended. The Cruise Hospitality Diploma requires reasonable English fluency (IELTS 4.5 equivalent). Contact admissions to confirm any India-specific eligibility.
The Cruise Hospitality Diploma runs across 315 GLH (990 TQT) + a 4-month industry placement. Durations for the Bartending Skills Certificate and Restaurant & Bar Service Award depend on intake — please enquire.
